I dare not open up iTunes as I am using dial-up and iTunes is set to download the podcasts right away.

Anyway, here is what I can remember:
CBC Radio 3
Spacemusic
quirks and quarks (sp?)
Nasa news thingy program
some other science programs
Battlestar Galactica: CIC
Kexp
Subpop radio
and many more.

Just fire it up from your bench - you might get wi-max :p
For the OP - 0 - I haven't found any I like that haven't got restrictions.

I've been without my computer for about 6 weeks while I moved, so I just upgraded to 4.9 last night and today started playing around with Podcasts. At the time being, I'm pretty intrigued, wishing I had something to do my own Podcast about. That being said, I'm currently subscribed to:
iTMS New Music Tuesday
Your Mac Life
This Week In Tech
Nightline

We'll see if I continue or if it is just a novelty now.

having been away for a couple of months i was intrigued to find the new podcast option in itunes. i listened to a few last night and have to say i really enjoyed the TWIT-cast. I listened to 'trashtalk' and after about 15 minutes reaslised that it couldn't have been more appropriately named... the latter show summed up about everything i had cynically expected podcasts to be (vulgar... a tool for a couple of non-entities to massage their own egos...etc etc...); the former show, however, was informative, fun to listen to... well delivered... in sum at no point did i want to throttle any of the hosts. hopefully i'll be able to find more than this one show to subscibe to and, of course, my point of departure here will be to check the podcasts other MR posters are listening to ;)

Downloaded 2 posdacts from inside Mac radio and... everything they say there is already old news
