I think the answer is no, but can't find anything saying as much on Apple's support pages, so figured I'd post here.

We bought a game on the Apple TV that allows up to 4 players to race at the same time. There are three of us playing & we have the Siri Remote and two game controllers. One of the controllers always pulls to the left (so if you don't do anything the car drives in a circle).

I thought that maybe I could connect a second remote to the Apple TV so that two users would play on remotes & the third would play with the game controller, but I can't seem to get two to connect at the same time.

Does anyone know if there is a 1 remote at a time limit on the Apple TV (I think it's a 4K, but it might be an HD, although I Don't think the answer would change based on that)

Only one Siri Remote at a time.

If you pair another, the first one will impair.

Not sure if this will work for you, but the messed up controller, if it has an analog stick, try moving it the opposite direction when powering it on, and see if that temporarily fixes the issue.

A side note, some controllers will make the position that the analog stick is at as neutral when the device powered on. Not sure I am explaining that well.

Basically, make sure no one is touching the analog stick of a controller when it is turned on because it will hold that position. Not sure if that could be your problem or not.

Thank you. That is great info. I'll give those two ideas a try.

Another long shot, take your AppleTV remote out of any protective cases it may be in. I once had a remote case that had a concealed magnet that impacted the gyroscope. this would apply for older remotes, I don’t believe the latest remotes still use gyroscopes.

I think the problem he is having is with a gaming controller, not the Apple TV Siri remote.
