As title says, to settle this RAM nonsense in the other thread, how many tabs in your iOS browser do you keep open regularly at any one time.

This is at once, not have 4, close 2, open 5; all together at one time left open.

If I'm researching something, the tabs can stack up fast (15-20). I've maxed out tabs before on my Air 2 and noticed little to no performance issues in the process.

1-5 tabs for basic every day web browsing.

Normally 11-15. Haven't counted how many when doing research but definitely at least 30.

Typically no more than 4 or 5 max. Beyond that it just feels like clutter and it's unlikely that I'm actively using them all.

iPad Pro 9.7, typically under 5, never more than 10.

Dell M6700, I can go up to 15 or more if I'm hyper busy and lazy.

I can have 10-15 regularly. Mostly for research and writing/sourcing info.

Not sure what the max is on the 12.9 but it seems to handle them well enough.

About 36+ (including the private tabs) I'm on the iPad Pro 12.9". I don't understand this whole, "Tab Reloading" issue, the device reloads/refreshes really fast anyway!

But you dont EXPECT 25+ to stay in memory zero reload accept nothing else. You understand the limitation of a mobile device.

I have about 25 tabs open.

I may open tabs and read them later. And when researching something, not uncommon to hit the max.

On the laptop, I have even more open ( using Firefox)...easily 100.
