I got my Touch as a gift a few weeks ago.

I'm upgrading to 2.0 today and I can't wait to jailbreak and start contributing to this forum.

When something I like that only works on jailbroken iPods is released.

as soon as 2.0 is jailbroken, i'm in, can't live without VNC now, and ssh/samba is a minimum for any device I own(ie, i own it, i can access whic ever way I want)

and many many aps form the app store looks crappy, paid for version of the installer.app (mostly free) ones

Yes, Definitely! Really miss having Wikipedia, and my jailbroken 1.4 was far more stable than 2.0.
Nothing to lose at all by jailbreaking, if things go wrong, just restore and you are back to where you started. Don't really understand why people don't do it.

i just went to no jailbreak but updated to 2.0 - im finding it less useful

i miss all the free apps and i miss the jailbreak community... bring back the community - emulators, free apps, games, customization and more!

I would jailbreak it just to get rid of that idiotic autocorrect 'feature'. I seriously can't believe they've reached version 2.0 and no one at Apple thought to put in a little switch to toggle it off or on. Sheesh.

The poll needs a 'Maybe' option.

I had my Touch JBed till 2.0, at the moment I'm happy with the App Store offerings, but i might jailbreak in the future if there's a compelling reason.

Needs a "No because I'm not upgrading to 2.0". I'm just waiting to see 2.0 being more stable, not take up more battery life and make your ipod a nice hand toaster.

I dont know now, i dont want to use pwnage, and would rather use iliberty, becouse pwnage WONT work for me, and i hate the custom boot logos, and they are a dead giveaway that it is jailbroken
