How merage videos in iMovie HD?

I need help making 2 videos (7th doctor's the 10th doctor's opening theme from Doctor Who) in to one like overlap them yet see the both of them like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAmhnfzp_O4&feature=related

I am using the 6.0.4 version that cam free a copy of my intall I think it's been along time since then, and weel I can't remember so help?

That should work though it involves iDVD

There are too thing wrong with this. ^ I don't have iDVD and I did'nt put frae after frame I mean frame OVER frame did'nt you see the video?

I don't have iDVD

It should be in your Applications folder as it should have come with your Mac.

frame OVER frame

iMovieHD can't do that. iMovie9 can do picture in picture, but not frame over frame.
