How Much Are 17" PowerBook G4 1.67GHz 2GB RAM Worth?

I love this machines, the number of ports are endless, the display is gorgeous, the backlit keyboard is stunning... They're getting rare now on eBay... I've seen a few going for £200-£300 ($310-$470)... Are they worth this anymore? Thanks guys!

In the US, probably $200-250. Nice display, but agonizingly slow compared to the oldest Macbook, and old.
