How much are G4 Powerbook parts worth?

I'm at a stage where my Powerbook may be sold for parts due to the drop that broke it voiding warranty and killing the mother board and hard drive.

It's a last rev (E: hi density screen) 15" 1.67 G4.

How much do you guys think the bits are worth:

Upper case (is this separate from the screen?)

Lower Case

Keyboard

1GB DDR2 Ram (single DIMM)

Airport Extreme card

Superdrive

Tiger 4.2 restore discs

Panther 3.7 restore disc
