If only they were going for that little.Lol are people really paying $500 for the rights to an unlimited att iPad data line?
It's worth nothing to me as I gave mine up to switch to a new plan and save a boatload of money on my monthly bill.
I'm on a work network most days and have unlimited data through my employer for my Verizon MiFi when I'm at home or traveling. So, I'm almost always on wifi.
I still have my iPad AT&T Unlimited Plan which is now on my iPad Pro. I thought hard about this when I read the question. I saw people saying $500 and $1000 and even $3500. I honestly do not know how much data I consume on my iPad Pro but I know it is a lot. I would rather not have to worry about it. I just can't put a price on never worrying about going over data.
I've got two iPad, two iPhones on my regular AT&T and no matter how high the data plan is we come close every month. This one device, my iPad Pro, has unlimited. No worries.
It's pretty much the same on any carrier when you're throttled. You get 2G speeds, which is pretty crappy for almost everything.Anyone have the T-Mobile plan/s where it's essentially unlimited data? I was curious how much it slows down once you hit your soft cap? And does the Netflix/Hulu etc. data exemption still apply (full speed)?
Do services like Netflix continue on without being throttled? I think I read you have to have at least the 6 GB plan for those services to be exempted. Just wondering if it works in practice rather than just theory. It's pretty much the same on any carrier when you're throttled. You get 2G speeds, which is pretty crappy for almost everything.
On T-Mobile? Yeah, whatever is included in Binge On and Music Freedom will work just like it does before getting throttled.Do services like Netflix continue on without being throttled? My brother sold his At&t unlimited TOL transfer of liability for a cool $900 I was so mad at him.I decided to sell mine - wondering what people think the going rate is - and the best way to transact a sale? Ebay?
Thank,
