Pretty much what it says on the Apple website. One more hour of 3G talk time and one less hour of Wifi. Why? No clue.

And as stated on Apples specs, a little less stand by time. Although I believe this is iOS5 related and not 4S related, due to the iCloud service.

I think you may be right about the 100hrs fewer standby time. (200hr on 4S vs. 300hr on 4)
