Specs are:
13.3", 4GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, 1.86 GHz Dual-Core Processor, late 2010 model, bought in the middle of 2011.

I want to sell it on Craiglist and upgrade to the latest model of the MBA. What would be a fair price to expect for it?

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

Hmm, Core2Duo eh? No backlight keyboard. My girlfriend has the same one.

$600 to a friend, $675 is fair, $700 is on the high end.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes it is a Core2Duo. I do have Apple Care till March 2014. Wonder if that add anything to the resale value.

That sounds a great big lot to me, bearing in mind the new one is shedloads faster and $1099 isn't it?
