OK, first of all, this is not in the marketplace because I don't intend to make any transactions online. i'll be selling this to someone i know in person (i'm not sure who yet).
so, here are the specs:
Mac Mini G4, 1.42Ghz
512 RAM
Stock ATI graphics
80GB HD
OS X 10.4.8
Purchased from the Michigan Avenue apple store in February of 06
combo drive
AP/BT
cost me $599 or $699 (i honestly foget)

would asking $400-$500 be reasonable?

honestly, while mini's hold their value, I'm not sure on the resale value (edit: of PPC models). I would track a couple eBay listings and see what they sell for.

$350 ballpark.

I'd say you can ask a bit more for it since it is still covered by complimentary applecare until Feb 07 at least (apple care for Minis is $150). I recently sold an Apple Studio monitor on ebay for a decent price in part, I think, because of applecare. Buyers want to feel that the item they are getting is protected by more than your word, so ac is comfort.

AP/BT also count for something. Many of the lower range 1.25, combo dr, NO AP/BT are fetching the lower numbers on ebay. The combo drive is the thing that keeps the value down a bit on yours IMHO.

(I'm selling a mini on ebay right now - won't list here since I know no one here would pay what I'm asking for it :D !).
