Hi everybody. I'm thinking about to sell my iPhone 5s 64gb black. I got it since 6 month and I have the box and all the accessory. He have no scratch so I want to know how much can I sell it

Thanks :)

Ok so 700$ is too much? Also if I unlock it?

I would say so. That's $50 under retail... and black is the most common unit out there.

EDIT: Also, if people are serious about buying you might take this to PMs. Otherwise this thread WILL be locked... guaranteed.

I don't want to sell it right now. I'm just thinking about it. So according of you, it is possible to sell it 700-750$ knowing that the retail price is 850$

Very tricky to sell.

The "sweet spot" for used "high end" phones less than one year is around $450-500.

There are very few buyers for "use" phones at the $700 price range. Even if msrp is $850 plus taxes.

If you wait around till September 2014. You will have a hard time unloading it for more than $500 like many users here complained about trying to unload their 64gb iPhone 5 in September 2013.

This. You actually take a bigger hit b.c you have the 64gb model. The market is smaller, most people want 16gb black in the second hand market.

The same is true for upgraded macs. You lose a lot less money going with base models vs people who have maxed out configs.

100% true, Its harder selling a 64GB.

Best bet is to sell the 64GB 1-1.5months before next iPhone launch for best return...thats what I plan to do with mine and did in the past, Picking up a cheap android phone for the gap is much more worth it than loosing $100+ by just waiting till launch.

Most people just want a iPhone and no regards for storage capacity to Facebook, instagram, twitter, email and listen to music on....and for all that a 16GB is/has been sufficient enough = higher demand = Apple didn't feel the need to make 32GB standard.
