I am looking to sell my mid-2010 15" MBP, and wanted to see what is a good price for it? It's an i5 2.53GHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB (7200 RPM) hard drive, Anti-Glare screen.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Not sure why you couldn't do this, but I looked on Ebay at the sold units only,
and the general price for a working unit in decent shape seems to be $500-700, hth. Jay.

I just sold a 2010 Hi-res Matte Screen, i7 2.66, 8gb ram, 500gb hard drive for 1k on craigslist here in San Francisco. It never really left the house and was in a case the whole time so it looks brand new. Not a scratch on it.

Thanks, Jay. I did look on eBay, but what I was finding is the standard i5 2.53GHz models. When I purchased it, I upgraded the screen to Anti-Glare, it was coming with a 5400 RPM hard drive, not sure if it was 500GB, it may have been 250GB, but in any case I upgraded to 500GB 7200 RPM, and it came with 4GB RAM and I upgraded to 8GB. I am not sure what the resale value would be with those upgrades.
