I have upgraded the RAM to 4GB instead of 2, and I have also upgraded it to lion. It has Intel Core 2 Duo, 13 inches, and 250 GB of hard. It is in an EXTREMELY good condition, recently purchased a new bottom case for it, next to no scratches.

I was looking at doing the same thing and from my research, I found that the low 700s are what the 2010 13" MBPs are going for.

I had upgraded the laptop with an SSD and 8gb of ram, but that had little impact on the overall price

I've decided that I'd be better served letting one of my family members use it then sell it, so I decided to keep it

Even with your upgrades it's still gonna be hard to sell it at a price that you want. If you look at my sig, I'm trying to sell that laptop. According to Mac2Sell they're saying it's worth $1250. So far the only offers I'm seeing is between $1100-$1150.

But good luck selling it.
