How much can the lifeproof nuud stand in water?

Can you swim with it is my main question..going off waterslides, jumping off into the water from couple of meters high and well just some pressure on the case.

I had a atlas case and it could survive all of this easily. I just hope the lifeproof i bought is the right choice since it has a o-ring...

I used my iPhone 5 Lifeproof Nuud case for swimming in pools and the ocean as well as water slides with no problems at all. I have the 5S version now and I've been swimming with it, but no water slides yet. (Not because I'm afraid... I just don't go to water parks that often)
