How much data do you eat per month.

Hi,

I was using a tariff that gave me 500mb internet use per month.

After purchasing the iphone 4 I soon realised this was not going to be enough !

Im now on a tariff with 1gb of internet use.

If I go over this my network wont charge me but will choke the speed.

I use 02 PAYG simplicity in the Uk.

I use the internet everyday !
I watch around 2-3 utube videos per day.
I receive around 50 e mails per day.
I look at the app store around 3 times per week.


My question is what is your data use per month ?

How much mb do you use per month and what do you do to reach this.

I think im a heavy user.................. are u !

First graph is mine with the second being my sisters. She clearly uses less data although for the most part, neither do. She really only uses her phone to browse and email while I do intensive browsing, emailing and music streaming.

That's just my usage from phone ..
My dad too away my laptop two months back (m not a kid ) and I go home on weekends only.. So my phone is my main surfing/downloading/streaming device..

I think if your dad takes you're laptop and you're not a kid that's considered theft.

Anyway, I use around 8-10 GB a month as well. The building I work at has horridly-slow WiFi so I stream Pandora, iHeartRadio, and TuneInRadio Pro for eight hours a day five days a week. Plus whatever else I consume while not being at work, which includes fetching 4 email accounts, browsing, using social apps, and using the App Store.

I live off their money . My fees + expense everything they pay totals almost 75k dollars a year.. I failed in my first year of med school. :-/ so till the end of this sem ( october ) it's a restriction placed on me

.3 - .5 gigs/month. Wifi at home. I don't game and seldom watch videos. If verizon's 2gig plan was less than the unlimited plan I have now, I'd take it. Since it's the same - I'll keep it.

About a gig, thought I received my iPhone on Verizon a couple months back, so I get to keep unlimited data.

I do about 2 to 3 gigs a month. Only once have I gone over 4 gigs. With fast internet a work and home (where I am at most of the time), I have access to fast wifi internet. The only time I use my data is outside of work and home. I try to spend time with my wife and kids as much as possible when we go out... but my wife still thinks I'm on my mobile devices when we go out (as she FaceBooks on her iPhone).
