How much data do you use?

I am going to be buying the ipad 3 64g with 4g and i was wondering what kind of data plan would i need if i like to watch a couple youtube and netflix movies when I'm at a baseball game or something i would also like to surf the web such as "Macrumors" "cult of mac" and pandora any reply is apprecitated.
