Hello
I'm looking for best MacBook egpu dual monitor setup. I have MacBook Pro 13inch late 2017 with 2 ports. After moving to new place I get opportunity to build nice workspace. In this case I want to connect to my MacBook 2 monitors (DELL U2312HM 24inch FullHD and 27" LG UltraFine 27UK850-W almost 4K), external eGpu, external ssd, Ethernet, some Usb-A devices (like mouse, phone charger or StreamDeck). I'm gonna use CalDigit TS3 Plus to connect it all. Is it possible to connect all this staff to one thunderbolt 3 port and charge Macbook and have nice performance? If not give me please advice how nice and ergonomic handle this idea. I need to easily grab laptop and go.

I wouldn’t connect and eGPU and anything else to the same port, especially if you expect decent performance. You can connect the displays to the eGPUs video output though and you could put the rest of peripherals in a different port.
