to those who opted to sell, either CL or ebay, etc... how much did you profit?

How much did you profit out of your apple watch?

$150 profit on CL for 42 SS Classic Buckle. I sold it as a pre-order and probably could have made $200-300 more had I waited, but didn't want to back out of agreed deal.

Made 500. Bought the 42 mm SG . Sold on eBay for $930 yesterday. Bought the 42 mm SS BSB to replace it :)

$1200 in pure profit. Bought 6 watches: 2 sport 38 mil WSB ($460 each); 4 42mm SG sport ($800, $660, $660, $600).

I posted mines and got an instant buyer. The thing about eBay is that you have to pay a boatload of fees. I just ordered again... I'm just wondering if 400 is worth it.

Two days ago you posted this:

"i hate scalpers too, but i was able to sell my SG sport for $800, which is low compared to others. for that price, i would rather wait a month and buy a SS version. so keeping it would have cost me $800 in opportunity cost-didnt make sense to me."

My coworker and I had this conversation about scalpers... He says it's all fair game.

I sold the 42mm Sport with BSB and AppleCare+ for $850.00 on eBay to a guy in Mexico. I think he's pretty happy as the watches aren't even available to be purchased in the country.....yet.

Absolutely correct!

Anyone who's smart enough to act in a timely manor, buy an item, any item, then put it on the market for sale, has time, money, and risk at stake.

Sell at a huge margin?
No different than what Apple and millions of other merchants do.

You stated categorically last week that you were going to sell yours.

How much profit did you make?

He doesn't have his watch yet (assuming he actually ordered one). His attitude has gone from fanboy to troll in the last 2 weeks so I'm not even sure anymore.
