How much does Apple charge to put a new battery in an iPad 2?

Just wondering, the battery life is getting poor and I still like iOS6 on it, don't want to upgrade.

Do a Google search OP as there are numerous places that replace batteries in iDevices for cheap.

Pretty sure it's about $100 bucks plus tax at an apple store. More if you have to ship it off to s store. The info is on their website, I believe.
