What is the additional cost to add cellular plan for an Apple Watch Cellular? I heard it was $10 extra per month.

I know this is a completely ridiculous idea, but have you thought about calling AT&T and asking them?

They can give you an exact price including tax.

That, and the cost will likely depend on location as well as different regions have different tax rates, fees, etc.

Yes, every state, maybe even every city, is going to be slightly different.

But to me, cell service on the watch is well worth it. $13.74/mo total for me including all taxes and fees.

this maybe off topic since the question is AT&T, but if anyone is interested, T-Mobile charges 10$ a month taxes and fees included and the first 3 months are free

If you’re on a budget, consider this: the watch costs $100 more and it’s another (let’s say) $15/mo. That’s $280 the first year and $180 the second.

By the end of the second year you’ll have paid enough to buy a new Series 6 including AppleCare. I’d get the cell model if I really needed it, but I don’t. I’d rather have a new watch when the time comes.

If you need it or money is no object and it’s just a question of convenience, go for it!
