I have an iPad 4th generation on which the swipe from one of the long edges to bring up control center does not work. If I flip the orientation then I am unable to drag the notification center down. I wiped the iPad and restored it to factory settings without avail. I think this is a hardware issue and something is broken on that edge of the display between the bezel and the screen, where it fails to recognize the finger swipe.

Just wondering, if I want to get this fixed, how much am I looking at? Also, what the best place to bring it to get fixed? Apple store or some other place? TIA!
