How much does your monthly bill for a one-line iPhone?

I'm thinking about switching from Verizon to AT&T and getting an iPhone 4. I was wondering how much you pay for your iPhone bill a month. I don't text too much...it would mostly be internet and whatnot. Just wanted to know the price range
