How much EDGE do you use per month? I know this thread came along when the iPhone first launched, but people have gotten into a rhythm of usage by now and I want to see how much EDGE you guys are using. Please mention how much Wifi (%) you use as well.

I don't use EDGE too often. For some reason people love it but for me it's really spotty where I usually am. Sometimes it works well and fast and sometimes it's just dreadfully slow and this is when I have five bars. I've had my iPhone for 2 weeks now (Best two weeks of my life) and I've used about 20Mb only because I've used it mostly on WiFi.

i'm not exactly sure, but it's somewhere between 100-200 megabytes per month, though most of my web browsing is done via wifi (at home/work). where edge really comes in handy is when i need google maps. it's been a real life saver.

I used between 125 to 150mb a month in the last 3 months

I have moved from Orange to T-mobile to get free web use as it was costing a fortune

I have used just over 50Mb in my first two weeks of iPhone ownership (according to the Usage page in Settings), so I guess I'm using between 100 and 120Mb a month.

I use solely wi-fi at home, then a mix of GPRS and wi-fi at work, and GPRS, EDGE and wi-fi when out and about.

My old Orange contract charged £3.00 per Mb, so I would already have spent £150 on data  Suddenly, £35 a month doesn't seem too bad :)

Well Ive had my iPhone since mid-September and Ive sent 143 MB and Recieved 960 MB

EDGE has sub-dialup speeds here so I don't use it often. It's a pretty frustrating experience. The only time I use it is if someone wants a sports score or something while we're at work. :p

I am up to 63.8MB received and 15.0MB sent - no resets, had the phone since October sometime...

Well EDGE is pretty patchy so the answer is: not as much as I would have liked.

O2 knew this when they relaxed the 200MB 'limit' to unlimited browsing. You'll never hit that with GPRS.

My total usage during the first two weeks of iPhone ownership is 86mb, this is spread between wifi, EDGE and GPRS.

I think i need an award for the Pathetic Low Use of EDGE.

so far since 9th Nov

Sent: 1.4mb
Rec: 6.2mb!

On Wi-Fi at home and in the office. Even found one in Marks & Spencer today and last night at a concert at the MEN Arena the artist had his own network for the show which was not protected!

200mb for the month now seems soooooo much!:)

I just signed up for t-zones using the t-zones proxy hack (and it works!).

Will my bill show the amount of data I use? t-zones says it offers unlimited internet access

The majority of my usage comes over WiFi since I have it at my house and many of the places I go also have WiFi. I would say I probably use around 50-75MB of EDGE per month on average. Some months I will go away for a weekend to an area without WiFi and those months my usage is up over 100MB.

I live in a rural area, so wi-fi outside of my house is rare. I am currently using around 250 mb a month, but now that I've jailbroken my phone and am finding more and more webapps, who knows!!!

This looks promising :)

If I can keep under 1GB/month my bill will be around $26.

1GB 3G data cost 39sek - $6,5

"on the go call plan" 69 sek - $11,5
$ 0,115/min/sms (0,115 opening charge) the first $11,5 is "free".
Usually call for less then $8 extra per month

Want my 3G iphone now :)

well, I do not know if it resets every month. But my phone is saying i've used 1.1 GB so far, I get the phone at Xmas, so I don't know if its from then, or beginning of may.
