No. There hasn't been any iOS 7 to iOS 8 OTA updates yet. Anything here would just be a guess.
I would make sure you have at least 3 GB free. Otherwise, you may get an error message when trying to install.
I thought I saw on Apple's site a pic of the ipad and iphone with the OTA software update - 260mb or something?
