How much faster if I use the ipad charger for iPhone 6?

Just wonder if it's worth buying the ipad charger for my iPhone 6. It charges quite slow. (more than 2 hours from 0-100). Can the ipad charger shorten this by half? Thanks guys.

Cheers dude - it slows down 80% onwards anyway so 10w it is.

IPhone comes with 5w charger, iPad Air 2 comes with 10w and older iPads come with the 12w charger.

I use my iPad Mini charger with a 3' USB that Apple has just released. It's a much more heavy duty cable than what comes with the phone itself and the combo charges my iPhone in half the time of the regular unit. It's really amazing. It's even faster if you switch phone to Airplane mode before charging.

Thanks. I'll get one tomorrow. I think Apple didn't include the ipad charger with the iPhone simply because it's too big.
