How much for a fully optimized mbp 13?

Heya! So I am trying to sell my MBP for $1,600 in order to get a new 13" when they come out.

How much is the current 13" model with 4 gigs of ram, fastest processor and most harddrive space? And are we assuming that the new one will run for about the same?
