Friends, can you please help me price out my system? I want to try and sell it on ebay so I can upgrade to the 2011, or maybe the 2012 model.

My specs are:
Late 2010 model (bought in Feb 2011, 16 months ago)
13 inch
4GB RAM
128GB SSD
Shipped with Snow Leopard. I upgraded to Lion, but I believe that upgrade does not transfer, so I have to sell it with Leopard.

Coconut stats:
92% battery capacity
Battery loadcycle = 56
The system is in excellent condition. There is not a single scratch on the body or the screen. I have the original box and paperwork. I do NOT have Applecare.

Would like to sell it on ebay quickly. Can someone give me a good starting price? Maybe also a "buy it now" price? Appreciate the help. This was my first Mac and I'm hooked!

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay, or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what you may be able to charge. Then adjust your price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
