I am going to install leopard soon on my MBP with a 120gb HDD. I need to conserve as much space as I can... The MBP shipped with about 13gb of crap on it (well, excluding Tiger from the crap catagory :)), so I am just going to do an erase and install and try to conserve as much space as I can (get rid of languages, printer drivers, most of iLife, all that trial software crap, etc.)

what is the minimum space it will take up? I see apple says the min hdd space required is 9gb, can it be less than that? I assume that 9gb assumes you want to have something else on your computer besides the OS...
