i am planning on selling my ibook g4 to upgrade to the macbook...
but not sure what the going price should be.. or could be.

ibook g4 1.07ghz/ 1.25gb ram/ 80 gb hard drive.
w/ apple care until september 2008.
w/ leopard installed, 2 wall chargers.


so.. please help me.

it is probably worth a little under 1,000 dollars maybe like 900- 950 because of the added ram that youve added, and the warranty really isnt adding that much to the deal it ends in like 8 months

i would think less than that considering you could find a refurbished macbook on apple's site for as little as $749 plus tax.

Huh? I can get a 1.67ghz Powerbook with 2gbs of ram and a 100gb hard drive for that price/ I can get a Mac Book for 700 bucks.


I would not pay more than 450 for that machine and that is only because it's still miraculously got applecare.
 
sorry...

I thought Powerbook G4....for some reason...... THOSE still have very high resale.... If you have over a gig of ram though start at like 650-700 because RAM additions for apple are way pricey...
