How much is cracked screen without Applecare?

Friend has a broken iPhone 5s screen that she wants to get fixed.

She's debating b/w the 3rd party service and the Apple Service to get the screen glass replaced.

Does anybody know what Apple retail store will charge her to get her screen fixed?
 
weird pricing list. the iPhone 6 is $109 while the 5, 5c & 5s is still $129?
