How much is Late 2009 imac worth (UK-GPB)

Need a little help trying to work out how much this old mac is worth. I would appreciate any input.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2009)
2.66 GHz Intel Core i5
16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB

ebay prices make me really confused as one went for £400 where another went for £200

I thought about 3 to 400 quid when I saw the title of the thread.

The memory is worth quite a bit, and if it's still working okay that's a bonus.
