I've got a 2011 Mac mini that I'm selling because I simply don't have a place for it. It's been lightly used on and off over the past couple years. No blemishes, and the RAM has been changed to 4GB (although it's 1066MHz instead of 1333MHz). I'd also be bundling it with an Apple Wireless Keyboard (A1314) that I got a few months before the Mac mini. The keyboard is in pristine condition (no scratches on the plastic underside).

Looking around ebay's completed listings for it, I was thinking $500-550 would be a fair price. Any thoughts?

One can buy a brand new 2012 Mini with a 500 GB hard drive, USB 3.0, and 4 MB of 1600 RAM, Intel HD 4000 graphics for $565 from B&H, so I think anyone buying your 2011 with the wrong RAM for $500-550 would have to be pretty clueless.

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

It's got the original 500GB drive and has a 2.3GHz CPU (Sandy Bridge). I'd like to get $450 out of it, after seller's fees, but Craigslist isn't really an option where I live and eBay's new fee structure kills.

mac2 sell isnt very accurate when I tested uk one, i7 mac mini comes out at £240, no chance of getting that anywhere more like £400-500+
