I have a 3rd generation 64 GB iPod Touch that I've been using for about a year (I bought it used for $250). I want to sell it because I'm planning on buying an iPhone. It's in pretty much the same condition as I bought it in - screen is fine, back has some scratches, works fine. How much do you think I could sell this for if I put it up on ebay?

I think the best thing you can do is use the tools that eBay provides. Find a similar item on eBay and there will be a link 'Sell similar item' - click on that. eBay will give you a price range for similar items and fill in all the product details for you in your listing.
