How much is my mac mini worth

Hi i am thinking about upgrading to a gaming pc in december i am wondering how much you reckon my mac will be worth?
specs
Late 2012 Mac mini
Core I5 Model
16GB 1600mhz ram
Samsung 840 250GB SSD
(few scratches on black base unavoidable really)

Bearing in mind the 2013 model will be out by december how much do your reckon i can sell my mini for? thanks

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), and Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc. You can also check the Apple refurbished store to see what similar models are selling for.

I just sold a late 2010 Mac Mini, Core 2 Duo, 8 GB, 500 GB Sata for $400. I advertised on a local online classified and it sold in 2 days for the asking price. I would assume you could get $500-550. I then went and bought the latest I7 mini for around $800.
