How much is my mid 2010 13" MBP worth?

I am debating on upgrading as I have just been informed by Barclay Bank (Apple Credit Card) that any Apple purchase over $1000 qualifies for 1 year no interest financing.

My MBP has had a clear spec snap on case from Day 1, so no scratches. It is 1 year and 2 months old and have 2 year Apple Care. This MBP has the 2.4 Core 2 Duo with a 250MB Hard drive and 4GB DDR3 memory. OS X Lion installed.

Obviously, since there is nothing wrong with it, I don't need to sell it, but I'm wondering what its worth and if its even worth it to upgrade since a new MBP is about $1200.

Not sure about used values in the UK, here in Canada its worth between $550-650 used. If there is nothing wrong with it and it suits your needs, why even bother upgrading?

I bought one of these in June 2010 to mate with my 27" iMac. I sold both of these in Dec 2010 for a 15" MBP. I sold mine at the time, six months old, for $1,029 on ebay and included iWorks 09 loaded and six months of Apple Care. Now we have faster Sandy Bridge models that are approaching a year old. So I would expect getting no more than about $800 tops, probably closer to $700.

The reason for huge depreciation is that these use C2D CPU's - which is plenty of power for everyday tasks but these days....
