It's worth what someone will pay for it, I'd say you are probably looking around $1000, take a look on ebay and see what similar is going for. Don't expect a huge uptick in price for the SSD, people just don't get it.
I think the gazelle quote sounds very reasonable unless you can sell it locally. After eBay fees and shipping (and assuming you get a good buyer the first time) you probably wouldn't make much more there.
