How much is the 4G gonna cost unsubsidized? How much is the 3GS?

So, I've been thinking about buying the soon-to-be-announced 4G iPhone and throwing my old 3G away. How much do you think it's gonna cost unsubsidized? How much is the 3GS? I'd rather buy the damn thing than having to pay it off for a year.

I'll be buying a 4G unsubsidised. If it costs anymore than the current 3GS prices, I don't think it will be very much more. Maybe £20-30 maximum, as the price point is already very high. I'm just hoping the unsubsidised ones are available from day 1.
