Just curious. Im need to pick a new iphone and really dont want to wait till till the 20th and i Like the XS Max a lot. Just dont know if its worth waiting for the 11 Pro Max. But I am curious about the difference in the screen between the two if any one has any input. Is the 11 screen going to be that noticeably better?

No, 700 nits is still plenty bright enough as is the 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. Side by side in a store and you will not be able to tell a difference. I’m guessing their 1200 not claim is much like Samsung where it’s using an average picture level of 1% which isn’t useful in the real world at all.

Im sorry I ment the title to say how BETTER is the screen going to be...if it not noticeable Im going with the XS Max probably

Honestly, it's best if you compared both phones in-store (not an Apple store, as they will have removed stock of the XS; try a mobile network provider like AT&T, T-Mobile etc) and let your eyes make the decision.
