How much LTE data on avg for Pandora streaming

It will be pretty high compared to 3g since Pandora auto-detects networks speed and streams accordingly.
You can run a test yourself: just take note of the sent/received numbers, stream Pandora for 30 minutes, calculate the change in sent/received numbers.
According to this it's almost identical to 3G.

You can enable higher quality playback in the settings. That should then use a lot more data.
