If someone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
I am looking primarily at an iMac and a second monitor setup. Here is what I need this setup to do:
1. I usually run safari with about 7-8 tabs that I switch back and forth to all the time.
2. Parallels - must use Internet Explorer for one online software that can only work with IE.
3. Lighter apps - adobe forms, iMessages, and a few others occasionally.
I would like airdrop feature as that comes in handy at times. Speed is definitely important to me so an ssd would be nice. I am handy and could replace components if I need to, I just don’t know what to get. Should I buy a used machine? If so, what year and/or what setup to get and what to stay away from? I don’t want to buy a brand new iMac because my budget won’t allow that just yet.
