How much money would the black MacBook be with Leopard already pre-installed?

Im waiting for October to come so I can get a new black MacBook with Leopard already installed in it. But I was wondering how much would it cost?
Also, whenever October comes around will Leopard be sold seprate? or will they have all the computers with Leopard on them that exact October?

Should come pre-installed. No price difference (hopefully). Leopard will be sold separately for those with older machines.

1) Black macbook with Leopard will probably cost exactly the same amount as the black macbook with Tiger. The only reason I could see that it wouldn't is if Apple changed the configurations around. They don't typically boost the price for the new OS or discount.

2) Yes, Leopard will be sold separately, $129 for retail users and $69 (I think?) for students in the US.

3) If you purchase a computer right after Leopard is released in the store, it might come with Tiger and they will probably give you a free (or low cost... $10 or less) upgrade disc (although even this, I think, they change over very quickly). If you purchase it online, it will probably be shipped with Leopard.

When I first read this, I thought the post meant-- today, how much would it be worth.

A black Macbook with Leopard today would get you $4000 easy.
But you better be hiding overseas or Steve will get you.
