Is it a substantial amount? Considering going magic mouse.

Thanks : )

I use my computer like 4 -5 hours a day and I go through batteries every 4 days or so. I have rechargeable. Just buy a 4 pack of AA batteries and that way you will always have charged ones around. I don't worry about changing them that much..

i think the OP was referring to how much battery the computer used, not the actual mouse.

Oh. Well I don't think it uses a ton. I haven't tested how long my battery last with and without BT on. I would say it would cut down like 13 minutes of battery life, but that is just a guess. I guess you could unplug your computer and then see how much battery it has with BT off, and then switch BT on. You will see a time decrease. It isn't scientific however.
