How much should I pay for this used mac mini?

Here are the specs:

Mac Mini (manufactured in 2008).
Intel 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo
2 GB Ram (upgraded)
120 GB Hard drive
Superdrive (DVD burner)

$475.. what do you think thats worth?

I plan on using it to run snowleopard server... so I'd upgrade the ram to 4gigs (max on this model I believe)

Can you remove the dvd drive and put another hard drive in there? I'd like to have a ssd for OSX to sit on, so it runs faster, then have another 500gig hard drive for storage.
