Hello,

I am trying to sell my MacBook Pro from 2009, but don't know how much it's worth. Here are the specs.
MacBook Pro 15" mid 2009
256gb SSD
8gb of RAM
Nvidia 9400m 256mb graphics card
The battery is pretty bad. I have the service battery warning. The outer casing has one ding and the bottom has a lot of scratches. I do not have original box, just the charger. Everything else is fine.

Thanks,
Rockwellsulcata

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), and Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Don't check just once source, but get an average from all sites for a more accurate idea. Some sites may be higher/lower than is realistic. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc. If the model is recent enough, you can also check the Apple refurbished store to see what similar models are selling for.
