Hi,

I want to sell my Macbook. It's black and from 2008.
It has a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

I don't know how much I should be asking for.

It's in perfect shape because I have hardly used it because at work I had a macbook as well and also I bought it a hard case to protect it, so it looks brand new.

It has CS5 Adobe and microsoft office installed.

Thank you for your help!

What country are you selling it in?

Just gonna put this out there, installed software doesn't mean much, most people would freshly format a machine like that.

That said I just sold my 2008 15" Macbook Pro unibody with 183GHz CPU, 8gb ram and a 750gb hybrid drive for £700.

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
