How much should I sell my MBP for?

Mid-2009 MacBook Pro 13"
2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
Upgraded online to a 320GB HDD instead of 160GB
2GB DDR3 RAM
Battery isn't as good as it used to be of course ~2.5 hours of casual use
I also bought Windows 7 Ultimate for it and installed it on a different partition. It's cleanly installed. If I do a clean install on Lion, will it wipe out my Windows 7? Can I sell it with both cleanly installed or no? How much would that raise its price?

It has some very small nicks all over the body from regular use. Aluminum is so SOFT!
I want to upgrade in Spring when Apple releases the new designed MacBook Pro.

How much do you think I can get for this laptop?

Check eBay completed auctions for the best information, but if you're not selling it until the spring, wait until you're closer to actually sell since the prices will likely change (go down) between now and then

Currently apple is selling a refurb 2010 13" MBP with 4gb of ram and 250gb hard drive for $869 which includes a 1 year warranty. As such I would ask for about $750 and settle of $700 - but check ebay for a week or so to see what the going rates are these days. With the new iX CPU's that run 2x faster those C2D's have really dropped in value
