So I've had unlimited data on my iPhone since 2007. I've noticed in the past year my bill has been creeping up. My bill is now $150 a month. That is with my grandmas line included (although she has a flip phone with no texting). I think we share 400 minutes or something along those lines.

I went into my AT&T store to ask them why it's so much when it was around $100 for so long but they couldn't seem to tell me. They basically said "we don't offer those plans anymore so we don't have a rundown of the numbers."

Sounds wacky to me. I'm thinking about dropping my unlimited. I would like my bill to be MAX $100.

Did you recently upgrade your phone? It might be the Activation Fee. Other than that, your bill should list all your plan details and features.

For example, I'm on a single line, I have the standard rollover 450 mins for 39.99 + unlimited data 30 + unlimited texting 10. With taxes and my employer discount my bill is around $75

You should go back and view your older statements and compare them to now. You can do that online with your ATT account. You should be able to see what is different on your bills.

I have an unlimited AT&T family plan with one added line. We share 200 texts per month, and my bill is $120. It has been at $120 for the past 6 years or so.

My wife and I both have unlimited data, 400 minutes, and unlimited texting. Mine is $88 with a FAN discount, my wife's is just under $100.

Like another said go and compare to one of your older bills as they have added or changed something on your account. My family plan with two unlimited IPhones and three additional lines have stayed at the same price for a while now.

If you do find where they added something and it was their error, make them credit you for every month it was there. Carriers are not known to their honestly and I put them just slightly above Comcast when it come to honesty and comcast is at the bottom of the bucket.
