A decent and normal "Other" on an iphone is how much? My old iphone 4 used to have about 600-700 MB on ios 7 but my iphone 4s now on ios 7 takes about 1.2-1.3 GB. It always stays that way. I followed some steps to delete some "Other" space but I don't use my iphone that much. Is it normal 1.2-1.3 GB ?

It usually works out that the bigger the HD space, the more that "other" takes up. I don't think there's a cap or limit to how much it CAN take up. It all depends. I can remember every time I've bought a new computer or phone or iPod, there's always a chunk of data taken out obviously. Always seemed to correspond to the size of the HD.

Mine always stays up to 1.3. I just want to know if this is a normal "other".

There is no "normal" other since it's app dependent. I have a lot of Zinio eMags for example which take up a lot of "other."
