How much storage does 1 min of HD video take?

I'm trying to decide what size 4s to get and shooting video is the only thing I can think of that would cause me to run out of space. Any ideas?

I know with normal camcorders, you'll usually get about 8 gigs per hour of video. At least in my experience. So, one minute of HD video would be roughly 100-200 mb of data, I would think. Not much.
